You only pay for the classes. We do not charge any fee from students for our services.

Wifi is the most economical since you save on travelling cost & time. Moreover you have access to classes which otherwise are not available near to your home/town. Wifi Classes guarantees you the best prices for the teachers.

 

I can't find a class of my interest. Can you help me?

You can request a class with all details like type of course required, timing etc. We will try our best to arrange the same for you as per your requirement.

 

How do you guarantee a good class and a good trainer?

We do not - because "good" is subjective. However, we spend significant time verifying the credentials & quality of every class before publishing it on the website. Ratings and reviews from previous students can also help you make a more informed choice.

 

What is the role of parent in online learning? How can you take feedback from teachers?

As a parent you can monitor progress of your child by take feedback from the respective teacher through your login ID. This platform empowers you to get connected with teachers at your own comfort.

You can submit any assignment or the work you want to show to your teachers, who would be very happy to share feedback on your email.

 

What if the items/material (Pre-requisites) required for a particular class is not available at my location?

Our teachers suggest easily available items, however we can help you to buy any specific material on your request. You may email us at support@wificlasses.com or order through your login id on our website.

 

 

Technical Specifications

 

What are the technical specifications required for a class?

All you need is a good internet connection, HD Webcam, Headphone & a Mic. We recommend minimum speed of 4Mbps, however higher speed would give you better quality.

Other points to be taken care of:-

  • Wired connection gives better speed than a Wireless connection.
  • Speed and quality of internet may be affected if network is shared by others.
  • Please ensure to check the available data usage as per the relevant plans.
  • Please ensure a quiet & clean background.

Payment & Billing

 

What forms of payment do you accept? Is it secure?

Payments can be made through a credit or debit card/NEFT/Paytm or cash at our nearest centres.

 

I do not have a credit/debit card or access to net bankig to pay online for a class I wish to take. What should I do?

You can contact us and we will provide you our bank account details where you can deposit the payment and email us the copy of receipt. We will take care of the rest.

 

 

Cancellation, Refund and Re-scheduling

 

What if I want to cancel my class?

Any cancellation of the booking is fully refundable at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Refund amount will be credited to you within 15 days. Please refer to cancellation policy.

 

What if I want to Re-Schedule my class?

Most teachers are flexible when it comes to rescheduling classes. If you need to reschedule, please notify your Teacher at least 24 hours in advance. Reschedule requests are subject to concerned teacher’s discretion, based on availability etc.

I am already an established teacher. Why would I sign up on Wifi Classes?

We think it’s fantastic if you are already established in your field. However, we think that at some point, teachers constantly face the battle to find new students.

With our comprehensive marketing tools including digital marketing, Print media and other direct marketing channels, we help you get more students without having to invest tons of time and money.

Moreover You act as an Entrepreneur on Wifi Classes. Wifi Classes is your own website made and handled by us. You can market yourself on our portal, decide your own price & set your own guidelines for conducting your class

 

How do I get listed on Wifi Classes.com?

Fill out an online application form and submit your profile, experience and other credentials. After a primary verification, you will be registered with Wifi classes & you can immediately start scheduling your classes. Please note that Wifi Classes publishes only authentic and validated information on its website.

 

How do reviews work?

All users are allowed to review a Class/Teacher. The content of these reviews are visible to all other visitors of the website upon visiting that specific page. However, any reviews violating our terms will be removed.

 

What if I won’t be able to take a scheduled class?

The teacher has to inform Wifi Classes about the cancellation/Re-schedulement of a class at least 48 hours before the class timings. It would be informed to the concerned students by Wifi Classes. However if students do not agree to revised schedule, the class will be cancelled and fee will be refunded in full.
